On Christmas 2017, a friend of mine built three juggling balls with balloons filled with rice and gave them to me as a gift. That has been the kindle and I'm very grateful to him!
Me learning how to juggle three balls when my friend gave them to me as a gift.
Learning to juggle three to four balls, with several tricks, meant a lot to me:
- First, it's something I thought it was "impossible to learn", or that it requires a lot of practice. The second was true, but reaching 5 throwing of the balls was just 30 minutes. In two hours, I could juggle for 10 throwing balls.
- Second, juggling is an easy-to-do meditation for a ADHD-like mind. They helped me to relax before exams, to wake up in the morning, to focus without much effort. They make me go into the flow on command.
- Third, they are fun and entertaining. I bring them in any social events and it's always nice to teach people how to juggle: they get the same realisation I had and you can visibly see people building up confidence. And this is something I love!

In this section I will publish anything I find interesting about Juggling, and some show-off video of me playing with juggling balls.
